Purpose

We introduce you to Light & Agile Manufacturing's new concepts, such as the "Gear Train", "Equivalent $$", and "Proficiency". We teach you to combine these and other new concepts with traditional manufacturing concepts to prevent business process inefficiencies from eroding expected profits.

The next step is a free on-site evaluation during which we discuss your questionnaire results and introduce you to our products and services.

If it appears that your company is a good candidate for the application of Light and Agile Manufacturing, then the next step is a "free" on-site evaluation meeting.

If we mutually agree after the evaluation meeting that your company is a still good candidate for the application of Light and Agile Manufacturing, then we'll begin the six week Audit Phase of the Light and Agile Manufacturing, process.
