Three Phase Process

Experience has proven to us that Light and Agile Manufacturing is best applied through a three phase process.

Audit Phase

Phase 1 is the six week audit phase of Light and Agile Manufacturing during which we get to know your company. The principal output of the audit phase is the creation of a detailed predictive financial model tailored to your business. We call this model the Profit Model Package (PMP). We use your PMP to predict your company's financial and operational performance in a way that gives your operations management the ability to Plan for profit.

Implementation Phase

Phase 2 is the implementation phase of Light and Agile Manufacturing. The principal output of the implementation phase is the knowledge given to your operations and executive management on how to use the Profit Model Package ®©, Profit Scheduling ®© and Profit Share®© to schedule for profit and reward for profit. Although you will see immediate results from the consistent, proper use of Light and Agile Manufacturing, this part of the process typically takes a year or more.

Monitor Phase

Phase 3 is the monitoring phase of Light and Agile Manufacturing. We work with your operations and executive management to "fine tune" your use of the Profit Model Package ®©, Profit Scheduling ®© and Profit Share ®©. We teach you to adapt your use of them to changes in your business to ensure that your company continues to maximize its scheduled profits.
